Senior Associate, Outsourcing

Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the Oxford Outsourcing team, having joined in September 2021. She is currently part-qualified, studying the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme. She also holds the certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice and has a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Portsmouth.

Charlotte works closely with the Accounts and Corporate Tax teams to assist with implementation of new share structures, with a particular interest in share for share exchange transactions. She is also responsible for the routine statutory compliance of clients, ensuring timely submissions of confirmation statements, director and PSC updates, and incorporation/dissolution of companies.
